A month back, I was busy searching the internet for dry cleaning companies. We have some office chairs and sofas that badly needed to be cleaned. I requested for quotations and we opted for Odd Jobs because their price was reasonable and they are based in Abu Dhabi.
The decision process was not that easy because we didn’t know the company and we were not sure of the outcome. Will they do the job well? I’ve seen more established companies but their prices are over the moon and we didn’t want to try the cheapest one too because the work quality might suffer.
So we scheduled the dry cleaning. Actually it was not the dry cleaning per se because its process had similarity with carpet cleaning. They soaked the chairs and sofa with water, spray some liquid soap and vacuumed it.
The vacuuming part was the taxing task as all the corners needed to be vacuumed. It took them almost 2 hours of cleaning and another 2 hours of drying.
After it dried up, I was impressed. They did a good job.
