The number through which I dealt with HSBC staff dealing with payment plans is 04 435 9200. There are criteria to qualify, so if you are eligible you could be on your way to some sort of ease. The criteria are not difficult at all - for one you have to be in a difficult financial situation! All you need to do is prove that to them with documents such as credit card bills, telephone bills, tenancy contract or rental receipts, etc. Best of luck!

Anyone knows someone who can help me from ADCB I have about 30,000 in 2 credit cards one card 10,000 and the other card 20,000 balance, the collector does not want to give me any discount, he is asking me to pay the monthly payment first then he will issue the settlement letter for 25,000… he is also asking me to come to their office and meet his Boss to settle the cards??? So I am just ignoring his calls for now but I am not sure if they already submit my case to the police? Please advise thank you.

Hi.
just wanna raise my problem hoping you could give some insights and suggestions. Currentlt I'm working in saudi and got a job offer in UAE, couldn't resist the offer as its promising a higher salary. Unfortunately, I had a personal loan from HSBC and just started to pay its monthly due.
Is it posssible for me to continue the payment while in UAE? How it will be? As far as i know, once the residence card( iqama) is expired the account in the bank will freeze and could I pay it in UAE?
Thanks and more power to all..

Hi,

Any advice would be highly appreciated.. I have a default of 13,000QAR from HSBC Qatar, and left qatar in 2009 June, in 18 months it creeped to 22,000QAR. which I settled a month back by negotiating to a one time payment of 16,000QAR..

But my doubt is:

Now I got an offer in UAE, does this create any problem at immigration?
As the interest is levied on my card, did they really lodge any compliant on me?
My card was closed in the records, is that means No compliant of defaulter on me ??

Please clear my doubts, so that I can plan to take my new job peacefully..

Regards,
Darpan
