I’d like to know if I could still have reconstruction of my payment plan with HSBC Credit Card? I already paid the first two years out of 48 monthly payments. Do you think it’s possible? What are the consequences of not paying while we are under an agreement?

I need help, Ms. Liz please forward the contact person you deal with in HSBC as i need badly this time, TAHSEEL Debt collection Co. started again to disturb me in my new company where im working.

Please note , this Debt company is the reason i was terminated from my previous company as they disturb me a lot during office hour.

i was in dubai last 2007, have HSBC credit card amounting 10k but didnt issue any security check, my company terminated me and went back home, now i have a good offer again in dubai but thinking if i will grab it or not, thinking if they file the case and having a problem entering any UAE. please advise

The number through which I dealt with HSBC staff dealing with payment plans is 04 435 9200. There are criteria to qualify, so if you are eligible you could be on your way to some sort of ease. The criteria are not difficult at all – for one you have to be in a difficult financial situation! All you need to do is prove that to them with documents such as credit card bills, telephone bills, tenancy contract or rental receipts, etc. Best of luck!

I have a credit card with Barclay and giving my ugly situation they agreed to settle the card for one payment which is about 1/3 discount from the total outstanding amount but now they are asking me to provide salary certificate which I don’t want to provide any information about my current employer.

Please advise. Thanks
